ExMuseum provides premium digital audio guides, smart itineraries, and related digital content ("Digital Products") for museums and cultural heritage sites across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. Our services include:

• Premium narrated audio guides in MP3 format for specific museums and heritage sites.
• GPS-synchronized smart itineraries with location-aware content delivery.
• Interactive PDF maps, companion reading materials, and historical timelines.
• Bilingual content available in English and Arabic for select guides.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped or distributed.

3. Account Registration

• Device Limit: You may download and use the Digital Product on up to three (3) personal devices.
• Lifetime Access: Once purchased, you retain lifetime access to download and re-download the Digital Product from your account.
• No Modification: You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our Digital Products without our prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ExMuseum content without our prior written authorization. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. User Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to circumvent any digital rights management or security measures embedded in our products.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), ExMuseum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or Digital Products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or inability to access content.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for Digital Products in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. For consumers located within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall apply where they provide greater protection.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR and KSA PDPL.
